When you need this

When the internet goes down at work, the whole office stops at once. Calls drop, emails sit in the outbox, and people start walking around holding their laptops up as if that helps. The first question is always the same: is it just me, or is it everyone? The answer decides whether you restart your laptop or call the help desk.

Describe the problem clearly: can't connect at all, connected but slow, or one site won't load. Mention where you are, because the Wi-Fi on the fifth floor and the Wi-Fi by the window can be two different stories. And have a backup plan. A cable, a phone hotspot or a desk in another part of the building can keep an important call alive while the network team fixes the rest.
