When you need this
The intranet is a company's private website. Only staff can open it, and it holds the things everyone needs but nobody remembers where: forms, policies, the staff directory, the lunch menu, the news about the new office in Dubai. It's where the answer usually is, and it's also where the answer is hardest to find.
Two phrases do most of the work: "It's on the intranet" and "Where on the intranet?" The second one matters, because "it's on the intranet" alone is like saying "it's in the building". Give the section and the page name. If a link is broken or a page is out of date, report it. The team that runs the intranet rarely knows until someone tells them, and three people have probably tripped over it already.
