1. SophiaGood morning. Are you here for a meeting? Reception is on the ground floor.
2. TylerActually, I work here. As of today. I'm Tyler, the new data analyst.
3. SophiaOh, I'm so sorry. I thought you were a visitor. I'm Sophia. I'm on the data team too.
4. TylerNo problem. The security guard thought I was delivering something.
5. SophiaThat's not a great start. Did anyone meet you downstairs?
6. TylerNot yet. My manager's email said nine o'clock, but she isn't here.
7. SophiaShe's on a train from Glasgow. It was delayed this morning.
8. TylerSo I'm on my own until then?
9. SophiaNot at all. I'll show you the ropes until she gets here. Let's start with the coffee.
10. TylerHonestly, that's the most important thing.
11. SophiaAgreed. The machine on this floor is broken, so everyone goes up to the fifth.
12. TylerGood to know. Where are you from? I hear an American accent.
13. SophiaChicago. I moved to Edinburgh four years ago. You?
14. TylerAustin. I got here last week. I'm still getting used to the weather.
15. SophiaYou never really get used to it. You buy a better coat.
16. TylerI'll add that to the list. How long did it take you to settle in?
17. SophiaAbout a month at work. Longer for the city. But people here are kind once you ask.
18. TylerThat's good to hear. I'm looking forward to this, even if the guard thinks I'm a delivery guy.
