Take Sean's part first, then Keiko's. Sean is too cheerful at the start, which is how we know he's hiding something. Keiko is sharp and a little theatrical. Copy the change in her voice on "Honestly? I can't judge you."
- KeikoMorning, Sean. Day three of our challenge. Twelve floors, no elevator.
- SeanMorning. Yes. Absolutely. I'm right behind you.
- KeikoYou look nervous. Are you thinking of giving up already?
- SeanMe? Never. I want to get in shape this year. It was my idea.
- KeikoGood. Then why are you standing next to the elevator?
- SeanI was, um, waiting for you. To walk up together.
- KeikoSean. The elevator button is lit. You pressed it.
- SeanOkay. Fine. My legs are destroyed. I can't feel them after yesterday.
- KeikoSo you've been taking the elevator secretly?
- SeanOnly yesterday. And I walked the last flight so I'd be out of breath at the top.
- KeikoThat's why you were so sweaty at your desk. You were acting.
- SeanI'm a very committed actor. Are you disappointed?
- KeikoHonestly? I can't judge you.
- SeanWhat do you mean?
- KeikoI take the elevator to eleven and walk one flight. Since Monday.
- SeanSo we've both been faking it the whole time.
- KeikoLooks like it. Twelve floors is a lot.
- SeanWhat about six? We take the elevator to six and walk the rest.
- KeikoSix floors. Real ones. Deal.

Use it once in a real conversation before tomorrow. Out loud counts, even to yourself.
