Take Dev's part first, then Lucy's. Dev gets more stressed as the scene goes on; Lucy stays relaxed, because she knows something he doesn't. Listen for her small pause before "Hmm." Then copy the calm, amused reveal in the last line.

1. DevThis elevator is so slow. It's been three minutes and we're on floor four.
2. LucyIt's always like this. Where are you going?
3. DevFloor nineteen. A job interview at ten. I'm terrible at making a good first impression.
4. LucyWell, you look very professional. Nice tie.
5. DevThanks. I changed it three times this morning. (a loud bang) What was that?
6. LucyOh no. We've stopped. I think we're stuck.
7. DevStuck? Between floors? I have eight minutes.
8. LucyPress the call button. The red one, with the bell.
9. DevHello? We're stuck between floors six and seven.
10. LucyWhat did they say?
11. DevFifteen minutes. A technician is coming. I'll miss the start of my interview.
12. LucyRelax. Who's the interview with?
13. DevA Ms. Kim, head of design. I've read everything about her.
14. LucyReally? What have you read?
