When you need this
The clerk has found you a room and given you a price. Before you say yes, you have a few questions, because a cheap room with no breakfast, paid parking and a strict cancellation rule is not cheap anymore. These questions are normal. Clerks answer them all day, and nobody thinks you're difficult for asking.
Most of them follow one shape: "Does the room come with...?" or "Is... included?" Learn those two frames and you can ask about almost anything: breakfast, Wi-Fi, parking, a view, a bathtub.
