When you need this

At the post office counter, the clerk asks the same questions every time: where it's going, what's inside, how fast you want it there, and whether you want insurance or tracking. If you know the answers before it's your turn, the whole thing takes two minutes.

Speed and price go together. "What's the cheapest option?" and "When would it get there?" are the two questions people ask most. For anything valuable or important, ask about tracking and proof of delivery.
