Getting the internet working
“What's the Wi-Fi password? I can't get connected.”
B1 · Intermediate9 minPhrases
When you need this
Internet talk at home is usually about one of three things: getting a guest onto the Wi-Fi, figuring out why it's slow, or calling the internet provider when it's down. Each has its own small set of phrases.
When you call a provider, the support person will walk you through steps: unplug this, wait, check the lights. Tell them what you've tried first so you don't repeat it, and describe the lights on the router, because that's what they'll ask about.
