When you need this

Some roads don't go on forever. A "dead end" is a street that stops, with no way through. A "T" or "T intersection" is where your road stops at another road, so you must turn left or right, like the top of the letter T. Both come up in directions all the time, because they're clear places to turn.

Listen for the verb "hit." Americans say "you'll hit a T" or "you'll hit Main Street," which means you'll arrive at it. It sounds strong, but nobody means a crash.
