What they are really asking
This is a harder version of the weakness question, because it's not about what you think of yourself. It's about what your managers have said, on paper, more than once. The interviewer knows everyone gets criticism. They want to hear that you can repeat it honestly, that you understand it, and that you've done something about it.
Two answers fail. "I've never had any criticism" is not believable, and it makes you sound defensive. A criticism that goes to the heart of the job, like an accountant who hears "careless with numbers," is honest but costly. Pick a real piece of feedback that matters, but that isn't the main skill of the role.
A shape that works
Feedback, why it happened, what changed. Say the criticism in the words your manager used, or close to them. Explain in one sentence why it was fair. Then describe what you did about it and what the next review said. Ending with the improvement shows the feedback worked, which is exactly what the interviewer hopes to hear about you.

Practice · 3 min
Think of one piece of feedback you've heard more than once. Write it in your manager's words, one sentence on why it was fair, and two on what you changed and what happened next. Record it. Check that the last sentence describes an improvement.
