What they are really asking
To relocate means to move to another city or country for work. The interviewer might mean right now, because the job is somewhere else, or later, because the company moves people between offices. Either way, they need to know whether a move is realistic for you before they make an offer.
This is one question where a quick "Sure" can hurt you. A move affects your partner, your children, your rent, your visa. If you say yes without thinking and then say no at the offer stage, everyone has wasted weeks. The interviewer respects an honest answer with conditions much more than an enthusiastic one that falls apart later.

Your honest position, the conditions, and a question. Say whether you're open, open with conditions, or not able to move at the moment. Name the main condition, like family, timing or a visa, in one sentence. Then ask a question that shows you're serious: where, when, and what support the company usually offers. You don't need to explain your private life in detail.
