When you need this

Before people talk about one movie, they often talk about movies in general: how often they go, where they watch, what they hate about theaters. These lines are safe small talk with almost anyone, because everyone has habits and a small complaint or two.

Use "usually," "mostly" and "hardly ever" to describe your habits. They make a flat fact sound like a real person: "I watch movies at home" is information, "I mostly watch at home now" is a little story about how your life changed.
